Role: Sole curator of UNCSA’s Instagram feed from January 2016 to October 2018, now oversee general Instagram strategy
Strategy: Employ a UGC strategy to repost photos and videos from students, alumni, patrons, parents and friends to showcase the five UNCSA conservatories. Content is driven by the University’s official hashtag—#wecreatehere. Add original or promotional content as needed.
Success: Instagram is a key social media channel to reach prospective students for the high school, undergraduate, and graduate programs. The current YOY growth for the channel is 94%.
