Curate content through the University’s official hashtag—#wecreatehere. Effectively utilize social media as a traffic driver for the University website, increasing referrals YOY.
Success: Consistent follower growth for primary social media accounts, 108.36% growth in social media referrals to UNCSA.edu YOY.
