I invoice once, at the conclusion of the project, unless we have agreed to a payment schedule. Invoices not paid within 30 days will incur a late fee of 10% per month.

Work is delivered via your preferred file-sharing platform (Google Drive, Dropbox, etc.) for collaborative editing. I am happy to use other methods as requested.

I respect confidentiality and strive to protect your intellectual property. Unless otherwise agreed, all content I produce is 100% yours upon final payment. I will also sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA), if needed.
