I invoice once, at the conclusion of the project, unless we have agreed to a particular payment schedule. Invoices not paid within 30 days will incur a late fee of 5% per month.

I deliver work via your preferred file-sharing platform (Google Drive, Dropbox, etc.) for collaborative editing, but am happy to use other methods if you have a preference.

I respect confidentiality and strive to protect your intellectual property. Unless otherwise agreed, all content I produce is 100% yours upon final payment. I can also sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA), if needed.

Project turnaround time varies greatly, depending on size and scope. I will provide an estimated timeline when we discuss the project.
